The Big Wheel barn door hardware with soft close is an outstanding choice for larger doors, or for rooms with high ceilings. With a 4 1/2" diameter wheel, it lends itself to visually elongating the door and raising the ceiling to give a room a taller appearance.
On larger doors it helps balance out the door so that the hardware doesn't get lost in the vastness of the door. It is one of two systems we regularly recommend for doors 48 inches in width or more.
And with integrated soft close, even larger doors will come to a soft close in the final 3 inches of door travel.
